Valemount Pines Golf & RV Park – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Valemount Pines Golf & RV Park. By making a reservation, entering, or using our property and facilities, all guests agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Property Use

Guests use the property and facilities at their own risk. Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest for unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund. All guests must comply with posted signage, property rules, and staff instructions at all times.

RV PARK TERMS 2. Reservations & Payment

⦁ Full payment or deposit may be required at time of booking. ⦁ Rates are subject to change without notice until reservation is confirmed. ⦁ Site preferences are noted but not guaranteed and remain subject to availability.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

⦁ Cancellations made 7 or more days before arrival may be eligible for refund, less any applicable processing fees. ⦁ Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by management. ⦁ No-shows are fully chargeable and non-refundable. ⦁ Reservation date changes may be permitted subject to availability.

4. Check-In / Check-Out

⦁ Check-in: 2:00 PM ⦁ Check-out: 11:00 AM Late departures may incur additional charges unless prior approval is granted.

5. Site Use

⦁ One RV unit per site unless otherwise approved. ⦁ Maximum site occupancy applies as posted or advised at booking. ⦁ Guests may not sublet, transfer, or assign bookings without written approval.

6. Vehicles & Parking

⦁ Vehicles must remain on designated roads and ⦁ parking areas only. ⦁ No vehicles on lawns or landscaped areas. ⦁ Speed limit on property: 15 km/h ⦁ Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be removed at owner’s expense.

7. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect fellow guests by minimizing noise during these hours.

8. Fires

Campfires are permitted only in designated fire pits and only when local regulations allow. Guests are responsible for: ⦁ monitoring fires at all times, ⦁ fully extinguishing before leaving, ⦁ complying with all fire bans and restrictions.

9. Pets

Pets are welcome but must: ⦁ remain leashed at all times, ⦁ be supervised, ⦁ be cleaned up after immediately. Aggressive or disruptive pets may be removed from the property.

10. Utility Use / Sewer

Guests are responsible for proper use of hookups and sewer connections. Improper dumping or misuse may result in immediate removal and applicable charges.

GOLF COURSE TERMS 11. Tee Times

Tee times are subject to weather, course conditions, and availability. Late arrivals may result in shortened play or forfeiture of the reserved time.

12. Golf Cart Use

Golf cart users agree that: ⦁ drivers must be licensed or approved by management, ⦁ carts must remain on designated routes where instructed, ⦁ reckless use is prohibited, ⦁ damage caused by misuse is the renter’s responsibility. ⦁ Drivers are liable to any damage to the golf course turf due to irresponsible cart driving.

13. Course Etiquette

Players are expected to: ⦁ repair divots and ball marks, ⦁ rake bunkers, ⦁ maintain pace of play, ⦁ respect other players and course staff.

LIABILITY 14. Assumption of Risk

Guests acknowledge that recreational activities including golf, RV camping, and walking on the property involve inherent risks including but not limited to: ⦁ slips, trips, and falls, ⦁ uneven terrain, ⦁ weather-related hazards, ⦁ wildlife encounters, ⦁ golf ball or equipment-related injury. Guests voluntarily assume these risks.

15. Limitation of Liability

Valemount Pines Golf & RV Park is not responsible for: ⦁ lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, ⦁ vehicle or RV damage, ⦁ interruptions in utilities or services, ⦁ injury except where required by applicable law.

16. Damage Responsibility

Guests are financially responsible for damage caused by themselves, members of their party, pets, or visitors.

PROPERTY-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS 17. Water & Utilities

Water and utility services are provided in good faith; however, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, weather, or unforeseen technical issues. No compensation is guaranteed for temporary interruptions.

18. Wildlife

Guests acknowledge that the property is located in a natural mountain environment where wildlife may be present. Guests must store food responsibly and avoid approaching wildlife.

19. Force Majeure

Management shall not be liable for closures, interruptions, or cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control including: ⦁ wildfires, ⦁ severe weather, ⦁ power outages, ⦁ government restrictions, ⦁ emergencies.

PRIVACY 20. Guest Information

Guest information is collected only for reservation, operational, and communication purposes and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

21. Photography

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken on property for promotional purposes. Guests may notify management if they prefer not to be included.
